1. POLICY AND PURPOSE
1.1 This Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the financial arrangements between the client/customer and Kairosols IT Services Private Limited ("We" or "Us") for the services rendered by Us.
1.2 We recognize that there may be scenarios where you need to cancel a service or request a refund. In this regard, this Policy outlines the situations in which a cancellation or refund could be processed and the procedures to follow to initiate the same. This policy follows industrial norms and ensures that refund claims are processed with cautious and reasonable parameters.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT
2.1 For the services provided by the Company, the following are the service/subscription plans available:

2.2 You may select the subscription plan of your choice and you can change the plan at any time. The payment method(s) eligible for each plan may vary, and the Company reserves the sole right to determine the eligible payment methods for each plan.
2.3 Auto Renewal: Your plan will be renewed consecutively for such terms, monthly or annual as chosen by you, if the payment method you have chosen for making payments supports auto renewal. In cases where you select an eligible payment method, the payment of the plan will be on a recurring basis and you hereby authorize us to collect the Fees for the next membership terms. You have the sole right to decide to cancel or disable the auto renewal of your plan either by contacting our customer support or by changing the settings or preferences of bank account.
2.4 Upon subscription to our paid services, you shall make the payment towards the applicable fees ("Fees") as communicated to you before utilizing our services. The Fees shall be paid through the approved payment methods available on the Web site.
2.5 The Fees shall be exclusive of any applicable taxes, and the same shall be borne by you. If mandated by law, you may withhold any applicable taxes and provide us with an official tax certificate or any other relevant documentation as evidence for withholding the taxes.
2.6 The Fees is subject to revision by the Company, and you will, from time-to-time be promptly informed in advance about such revisions.
2.7 While making the payment you should ensure that
a) All billing and contact information provided is true and correct
b) No applicable law shall be violated in making the payment
c) No payment shall be made through third party accounts
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY AND PROCEDURE
3.1 You may be eligible for refund in the following instances:
Total Refund:
a. If you have made a payment for the wrong service.
b. If you raise a request for refund within 24 (twenty four) hours of subscribing to the platform.
Pro-rata Refund:
c. If you no longer require the service for which you have paid the Fees.
d. If you find the service inaccessible or encounter any other technical issue, and the same has not been resolved within the time prescribed.
3.2 You must request for refund only if you are eligible for refund and you must notify us at [support@kairofind.com] within twenty four (24) hours of facing such an issue. Failure to notify as mentioned herein, you will not be considered, and no refund shall be issued. While requesting for refund, you should mention the mode of communication and other relevant transaction details for verification and confirmation of payment done by you. If the requisite information is not supplied by you within 4 hours of our mail communication, refund will not be processed.
3.3 You may within 2 (two) hours from the time you raised a request for refund, cancel such request, and, and we will not process the refund.
3.4 You will not be eligible for refund for any purpose other than as specified under this Policy.
3.5 If we decide to no longer provide the services or terminate our arrangement with you, you will be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis.
3.6 All refunds shall be credited to the source account through which payment was originally made.
3.7 Our decision on whether or not to proceed with the cancellation and refund is final and binding.

5. LIMITED LIABILITY
under no circumstances will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives shall be liable for any incidental, exemplary, special, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of revenue, goodwill, or any anticipated profits or losses or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the services. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last Fees you paid. These exclusions and limitations of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your plan.
6. NON-COMPLIANCE
Non-compliance with this Policy shall lead to the suspension of your account with Us and denial of any request for refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This policy is governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of India. If any of the parties wish to seek legal recourse, they may do so by submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law at Hyderabad, India.
